Jasmine K. El Nabli MS, RDN

Jasmine El Nabli MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University and a B.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University. Jasmine has had the privilege to work under the direction of Kristin Kirkpatrick MS, RDN since 2013. Throughout her professional career, Jasmine has both worked in and completed her dietetic rotations at the esteemed Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, and Eisenhower Medical Center. In addition to professional practice experience she has played an integral role in conducting scientific research and translation for target audiences, developing presentations, creating media scripts used for local and national media outlets, and currently serves as a CPE program reviewer.
Jasmine is a member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the dietetic practice groups “Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine” (DIFM) and “Weight Management” (WM). In addition, she is a published author of “The Effect of Probiotic Supplementation on Gastrointestinal Quality of life” in the Journal of Nutritional Health and Food Engineering as well as a contributing author for Huffington Post, Cleveland Clinic, and YouBeauty.
Jasmine enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, reading, and traveling. She also has a strong passion for bodybuilding. In 2016 she was named the NPC California State Champion in her division and is currently a sponsored fitness athlete.
Amy Jones, MBA, RDN
Amy Jones is a Registered Dietitian who received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Dietetics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Akron. Her post grad work earned her a Master's of Business Administration from Tiffin University.
With several years of experience in a clinical setting, Amy began her career in oncology, cardiovascular intensive care, cardiovascular step down, as well as outpatient services for oncology, weight loss, food allergies, and diabetic counseling. She held a private practice developing and executing wellness presentations for profit and non-profit organizations, developed menus to manage special dietary needs for children at Head Start, created nutrition fact labels for Buffalo Brill's All Natural Salsa, composed nutrition articles for quarterly newsletters, and consulted patients for a variety of medical nutritional needs including anorexia/bulimia nervosa, hepatic disorders, diabetes and obesity.
Amy is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Denver Dietetic Association. Eat well, be well has always been Amy's motto and she believes in a practical, individualized approach to nutrition.
After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a MBA from John Carroll University, becoming a CPA, and working for Ernst & Young, LLP for 3 years, Christina took a leap towards a career more focused in wellness and nutrition, her true passion.
While working with Kristin at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute in 2014, Christina was inspired to go back to school to become a dietitian.
Christina is currently pursuing her M.S. in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University and will begin her dietetic internship training in August 2018.
As a future dietitian nutritionist, her goal is to help individuals prevent and reverse disease and enhance the quality of life through diet and lifestyle changes.
Christina is a well-being enthusiast who enjoys grocery shopping, cooking plant-based meals in her kitchen, being active and sweating daily, teaching yoga at Flow Yoga Studio, and enjoying the beauty of life with her loved ones, especially her husband, Luke, and new daughter, Lucia.
Olivia Dottore is a second year at The Ohio State University majoring in Health Sciences and minoring in Dietetics at the school of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.
She plans to continue her education at the graduate level in medical school and go on to be a cardiologist.
Nutrition continues to be an important part of her life and she integrates it into all of her studies at school.
Gina Jones, MS, RDN
Gina Jones is a registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in Functional Medicine Nutrition. Gina holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Cleveland State University. After utilizing food as medicine to heal from her own personal health obstacles, Gina became interested in nutrition. Gina went on to earn a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University and completed an accredited dietetic internship at Cleveland Clinic. Gina is dedicated to helping others utilize a whole food approach diet that is sustainable to achieve long term wellness both through Functional Medicine Nutrition and as the founder of an allergen-friendly food business, Crunchy Kitchen. Gina is an active member of Dietitians in Functional Medicine (DIFM) practice group of the national Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
In her free time, Gina loves to create new recipes, stay active, and spend time with her family.
