Ingredients
2 Cans Unsalted Chickpeas
3 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
Juice from One Lemon
4 tbs Tahini
6 tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and mix until at a consistency you want. If you want a smoother consistency slowly add water until it reaches desired texture.
