1 Can of Chickpeas
1 TBS Nutmeg
1 TBS Cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp Ginger
Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Strain 1 can of chickpeas into a colander and allow to dry out for as long as possible. If there is not time for drying, take a dish towel and dab chickpeas dry.
Transfer chickpeas to clean bowl and saturate in olive oil.
Add in ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until all chickpeas are fully covered. Amounts are suggestions, feel free to make this recipe your own with each amount of spice.
Spread chickpeas out on a baking sheet and place into oven for about 30 minutes or until chickpeas are browned and look crispy.
