Parmesan Crisps

  1. Shred parmesan cheese

  2. Drizzle small amount of oil on a pan on the stovetop. Using a paper towel cover entire pan with oil.

  3. On medium/ high heat, place small circles of shredded cheese around pan.

  4. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes, or until cheese seems to be sticking to pan.

  5. Flip cheese and allow to cook until crispy.

  6. Remove crisp from pan and place on paper towel to dry.
