Parmesan Crisps

Shred parmesan cheese

Drizzle small amount of oil on a pan on the stovetop. Using a paper towel cover entire pan with oil.

On medium/ high heat, place small circles of shredded cheese around pan.

Allow to cook for about 5 minutes, or until cheese seems to be sticking to pan.

Flip cheese and allow to cook until crispy.

Remove crisp from pan and place on paper towel to dry.
