Peanut Butter Chocolate Chaffles

  1. Pre-heat Baby Dash waffle maker.

  2. In a food processor or with an immersion blender, combine egg, egg white, mozzarella, and cream cheese or ricotta cheese. Blend until smooth.

  3. To cheese and egg mixture, Add cocoa powder, PB powder, almond or coconut flour, and sugar alternative.

  4. Blend again, until smooth and evenly mixed

  5. Spray Baby Dash with avocado oil

  6. Pour 1/4 of chaffle mixture into Dash, close top, and allow to cook for 2-4 minutes.

  7. Remove chaffle from dash and allow to cool. Repeat baking process until you have 4 chaffles

  8. Spread natural peanut butter on chaffle and sandwich together. Should make two Chaffle sandwiches.
