Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 jars artichoke hearts
- 1 package boursin cheese
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 2 cups shreddedwhite cheddar
- 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- salt, pepper, garlic powder or fresh garlic minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- Drain spinach, squeezing out excess water
- Grate all cheeses
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder (or fresh if preferred) to taste
- Place mixture in oven safe dish and bake for 1 hour or until warm and cheese is fully melted.
