Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 boxes frozen spinach
  • 1 1/2 jars artichoke hearts
  • 1 package boursin cheese
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 2 cups shreddedwhite cheddar
  • 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder or fresh garlic minced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Drain spinach, squeezing out excess water
  3. Grate all cheeses
  4. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder (or fresh if preferred) to taste
  6. Place mixture in oven safe dish and bake for 1 hour or until warm and cheese is fully melted.
