TurkeyBalls,Roasted Broccoli & Edamame Pesto Pasta

Set oven to 350 degree fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or cover with cooking oil.

In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, garlic olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg, and parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.

Roll meat mixture into golf ball sized balls and place on one baking sheet. Set in oven for 20-25 minutes; until slightly browned on the outside.

Place desired amount of broccoli (about 1/2 bag) onto second baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and place in oven with meatballs to roast.

While meatballs and broccoli are baking, place water to power in a medium pan on stove top. Once boiling, cook edamame pasta until soft, drain water, and place back in pot. Add 1/2 jar to 1 full jar of kale pesto sauce and mix thoroughly.

Plate pasta and add meatballs and broccoli on top. Enjoy!
