Vegan Grain Free Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

preheat oven to 374 degrees (or 400 degrees if baking at high altitude)

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl and set aside

using a mixer, mix water, vanilla, coconut oil, tahini together until smooth

add the sugars into the wet mix and mix for 2 minutes

add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mix for two minutes until formed.

mix in the chocolate chips

place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8 minutes. Flatter with a flat spatula and continue to bake until corners are brown
