Healthy Hearty Hummus

The perfect side for dipped, spreading, or just on a spoon! Pairs great with my Whole Wheat Pita Bread recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cans Unsalted Chickpeas

  • 3 Cloves of Fresh Garlic

  • Juice from One Lemon

  • 4 tbs Tahini

  • 6 tbs Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Coriander

  • 2 tsp Cumin

  • 1 tsp Salt


Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and mix until at a consistency you want. If you want a smoother consistency slowly add water until it reaches desired texture.
