Keto Friendly Crackers

Low carb way to stay full and satisfied!

Total Time: 45 min

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups meltable cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 2 Tbsp oregano or italian seasoning

  • salt


Instructions

  1. Shred cheese and melt in microwave.

  2. Add almond flour to cheese and seasoning.

  3. Kneed mixture until even textured.

  4. Roll out and cut into triangles or preferred shape.

  5. Place on baking sheet and put in oven.

  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until crispy on upward facing side and then flip.

  7. .Bake for another 15- 20 minutes until brown and crispy.

  8. Remove and let cool!
