Protein Balls

The perfect treat to increase your daily protein. Great for the kiddos too!

Cook Time: 30 min
Total Time: 45 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 15-oz jar of unsweetened walnut butter

  • 1 scoop of protein butter (I like vanilla flavor)

  • 1 TBS bee pollen, superfood honey, or royal jelly

  • 2 TBS pure cocoa nibs

  • 1/4 cup almond flour


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.

  2. Line a large plate or baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll mixture into balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place evenly on plate.

  3. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
