Low Carb Keto Loving Peanut Butter Cups

Trust me… you’re gonna LOVE this!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Lily's Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 cup no sugar Peanut Butter

  • 2 Tbsp sugar alternative confectioners sugar

  • peanuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and split up between (about) 12 cupcake foils or a silicon mold. Enough to cover the bottom of each mold. Allow to cool enough so layers wont mix (about 10 minutes)

  2. Heat up peanut butter so it is easy to pour and then mix in sugar alternative. Pour into mold or foils; enough to cover first layer of chocolate. Allow to cool before final chocolate layer

  3. Repeat step one with remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Cover PB layer completely.

  4. Allow to dry until chocolate layers are entirely solid.

  5. Optional: Add chopped peanuts on top before the top layer drys or once top layer is dry, drizzle remaining amount of PB mixture on top.
