Basil Ricotta Turkey Balls

A dreamy addition to weeknight meals.

Total Time: 30-35 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup chopped shallots

  • 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/3 cup basil; finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup parmesan; shredded

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a sauce pan over medium heat, sauté shallots in 1 TBS extra virgin olive oil until fragrant and translucent.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients and combine thoroughly.

  4. Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is at 165°F.
